- Draw Date: October 15, 2026, CEC Exclusive Draw
- Number of Invitations: 2,500 (an increase of 500 from the 2,000 in the CEC draw immediately preceding September 29)
- Lowest CRS score: 519 points (Up 1 point from the previous draw's 518 points)

The CEC is a program available to individuals who have at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years. Even with a CRS score of 519, eligibility for an invitation may vary depending on the timing of profile submission; therefore, those awaiting an invitation are advised to verify the submission date of their profile. Those who receive an invitation must submit their application for permanent residency within the deadline specified in the invitation letter.
