On October 13, the Canadian Immigration Department (IRCC) held an Express Entry draw and sent Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to 752 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.
- Draw Number: Draw 448, held on October 13 at 10:25 AM
- Minimum CRS score: 772 — Compared to the PNP draw on September 28 (733 invited, 725 points), the number of invitations increased by 19, but the cutoff score rose by 47 points.
- Tie-breaking time: July 15, 2026, 13:57 — In case of a tie at CRS 772, the candidate who submitted their profile before this time took precedence.
- Since receiving a provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points, the cutoff for the PNP draw tends to be higher than other draws. This criterion of 772 points applies only to PNP candidates.
Those who receive an invitation must check the deadline stated on the invitation in their IRCC account and submit a complete application, including documents such as a passport, language proficiency test scores, academic credentials, work experience, and police records, generally within 60 days. Even those who did not receive an invitation may remain in the pool if their profile is valid, so please ensure that your information is accurately updated whenever it changes.
