hello?

Last month, I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 15.6" Touchscreen Openbox online from Bestbuy. 

However, a message pops up in the bottom right corner of the screen telling me to update Windows. 

It disappears after an update, but reappears when I open the computer the next day. 

When I try to update, it just keeps spinning for a long time and doesn't seem to proceed.

Is there a way to fix this?
